   To secure our services for your event, a reservation must be made in advance. We require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due prior to the event date. Confirmation of your booking will be sent upon receipt of the deposit.

   Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event date are eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Any cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of the entire payment.

   We understand that event details may change. Please notify us as soon as possible regarding any modifications to the event schedule, venue, or services required. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability and within a reasonable time frame.

4. Additional Services or Equipment:
   Any requests for additional services or equipment beyond the initially agreed-upon package may incur extra charges. These additional services will be discussed and confirmed before the event, and fees will be outlined in the final invoice.

5. Technical Requirements:
   We will coordinate technical requirements in advance, including power supply, space, and any specific needs for our equipment. It's crucial to ensure these requirements are met to guarantee the smooth operation of our services during the event.

6. Liability and Damages:
   While we take utmost care in providing our services, any damages caused to our equipment or property by attendees or organizers during the event will be the responsibility of the host. We recommend having insurance coverage for the event.

   In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, or unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the service. In such cases, we will make every effort to find an alternative date or provide a refund if necessary.
